Authority to make rules.

Section 481.306, Florida Statutes 2005

481.306 Authority to make rules.--The board has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536(1) and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this chapter and chapter 455 conferring duties upon it.
