Conflicts.
Conflicts.
408.832 Conflicts.--In case of conflict between the provisions of part II of chapter 408 and the authorizing statutes governing the licensure of health care providers by the Agency for Health Care Administration found in s. 112.0455 and chapters 383, 390, 394, 395, 1400, 440, 483, and 765, the provisions of part II of chapter 408 shall prevail.
