Provisional certificates issued under prior law.
651.133 Provisional certificates issued under prior law.--
(1) A person who holds a valid provisional certificate of authority issued before the effective date of this section and who obtains a valid certificate of authority within 1 year after the effective date of this section is subject to the requirements of s. 651.035(3).
(2) A person who holds a valid provisional certificate of authority issued before July 1, 1983, and who obtains a valid certificate of authority within 1 year after the effective date of this act is exempt from the requirements of s. 651.023(2).
