348.958  Cooperation with other units, boards, agencies, and individuals.--Express authority and power is hereby given and granted any county, municipality, drainage district, road and bridge district, school district, or any other political subdivision, board, commission, or individual in or of the state to make and enter into contracts, leases, conveyances, or other agreements within the provisions and purposes of this part with the authority. The authority is hereby expressly authorized to make and enter into contracts, leases, conveyances, and other agreements with any political subdivision, agency, or instrumentality of the state and any and all federal agencies, corporations, and individuals for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this part.
