Florida wild turkey permit revenues.

(1)

The commission shall expend the revenues generated from the sale of the turkey permit as provided for in s. 379.354(8)(b) or that pro rata portion of any license that includes turkey hunting privileges as provided for in s. 379.354(4)(h), (i), and (j) for research and management of wild turkeys.

(2)

The intent of this section is to expand wild turkey research and management and to increase wild turkey populations in the state without detracting from other programs. The commission shall prepare and make available on its Internet website an annual report documenting the use of funds generated under this section.
