Execution of contracts.
—Every prepaid health clinic contract shall be executed in the name of, and on behalf of, the clinic by an officer or employee of the clinic, the attorney in fact of the clinic, or a representative of the clinic duly authorized by the clinic.
A facsimile signature of any such individual executing the contract on behalf of the clinic may be used in lieu of his or her original signature.
No contract which is otherwise valid shall be rendered invalid by reason of the apparent execution of the contract on behalf of the clinic by the imprinted facsimile signature of an individual who was not authorized, as of the date of the contract, to execute the contract on behalf of the clinic.
