Operating Trust Fund.
Operating Trust Fund.
215.198 1Operating Trust Fund.—
(1) The 1Operating Trust Fund is created within the Department of Revenue.
(2) The fund is established for use as a depository for funds to be used for program operations funded by program revenues. Funds shall be expended only pursuant to legislative appropriation or an approved amendment to the department’s operating budget pursuant to the provisions of chapter 216.

1Note.—Section 1, ch. 2011-28, provides that “[t]he Operations Trust Fund within the Department of Revenue, FLAIR number 73-2-510, which is to be terminated pursuant to Section 19(f), Article III of the State Constitution on July 1, 2012, is re-created and renamed the Operating Trust Fund.”
