Minimum capital and surplus.
Minimum capital and surplus.
628.907 Minimum capital and surplus.—No captive insurer shall be issued a license unless it possesses and thereafter maintains:
(1) Unimpaired paid-in capital of at least $500,000; and
(2) Unimpaired surplus of at least $250,000.
