SB 112: Public Records/Employee Assistance
GENERAL BILL by Latvala
Public Records/Employee Assistance; revises provisions which specify that communications re state employee's participation in employee assistance program are confidential, & which provide public records exemption for records relating thereto; provides that certain communications re county or municipal employee's participation in such program are confidential; provides exemption from public records requirements, etc. Amends 110.1091; creates 125.585, 166.0444.
