Transportation Disadvantaged; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S1492,1242) revises membership of Transportation Disadvantaged Commission; revises duties & responsibilities of agencies that purchase transportation disadvantaged services; revises powers & duties of community transportation coordinators; revises administration & statement of purpose for funds in Transportation Disadvantaged TF; provides for creation of & standards for grant distribution formula, etc. Amends Ch. 427.
