CS/SB 1256: Inland Waterway Management
GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Harris
Inland Waterway Management; authorizes Fla. Inland Navigation Dist. & West Coast Inland Navigation Dist. to enter into cooperative agreements with Federal Government, participate with United States Army Corps of Engineers in waterway maintenance projects, engage in anchorage management programs & beach renourishment projects, & enter into ecosystem management agreements with DEP; conforms language re existing matching fund requirements, etc. Amends Chs. 374, 403, 311.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
