GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Clary ; Meadows ; Latvala ; Forman ; Bronson ; Myers ; Harris ; Crist
Veterans/Employment Preference; revises provisions re positions for which numerically based selection process is used; removes monetary limitation re certain classes of positions; provides for preference for certain veterans with service-connected disabilities; revises provisions re expiration of employment preference; provides that military retirement on basis of longevity does not disqualify person from veterans' employment preference, etc. Amends Ch. 295.
