GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Transportation ; Transportation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hargrett
Economic Development/Transportation; requires certain ports to identify certain spoil disposal sites; provides that certain ports & inland navigation districts are not required to pay fees for activities involving use of sovereign lands; provides that plans & programs developed by metropolitan planning organizations shall not be considered agency action or agency rules; creates Land-Use Transportation Planning Reconciliation Committee, etc. Amends FS.
