GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Horan ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano ; Heyman

Vehicle Accident/Failure to Stop; redefines offense of unlawful failure to stop or remain at scene of accident involving death or personal injury; provides circumstances under which person who knew or should have known accident occurred commits such offense, regardless of whether person knew at time of accident that injury or death resulted, etc. Amends 316.027, 775.089, 921.0021; reenacts 921.0022(3)(e),(f).
