Transportation Disadvantaged; (THIS BILL COMBINES S1492,1242) requires agencies to develop joint strategic plan for providing services to transportation disadvantaged; revises membership of Comm. for Transportation Disadvantaged; establishes functions & responsibilities of DOT re transportation disadvantaged; revises powers & duties of community transportation coordinators; provides for membership & organization of local coordinating boards, etc. Amends Ch. 427, 186.024.
