Political Contributions; prohibits public employers from deducting funds from public employee's wages to make political contributions or expenditures or to support political activities without prior written request of employee; prohibits bargaining units for public employees from using member's dues or fees to make political contributions or expenditures or to support political activities without member's written authorization; prescribes form to be used, etc.
