Florida Retirement System (RAB); clarifies provisions throughout Fla. Retirement System re vesting & normal retirement date for member, re definitions, & re participation in FRS; revises & adds definitions; limits member's rights following conviction for causing shortage in public account; amends provision re special Risk Class membership; provides requirements for determining death benefits; provides legislative intent re amendments made by act, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
