Care of Elderly Persons (RAB); provides requirements for contract executed between licensee & resident of assisted living facility; authorizes Elderly Affairs Dept. to adopt rules; revises requirements for facility re obtaining surety bonds; creates provision re business records; amends provisions re rules, pharmacy & dietary services, construction requirements, licensure, violations & penalties, rules for adult family care homes, etc. Amends Ch. 400, 409.212.
