GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Brown-Waite

Health Dept./(RAB); authorizes dept. to adopt rules governing immunization of children; provides requirements for dept. in adopting rules governing prevention & control program for communicable diseases; requires that certain hospitals & laboratories report to dept. occurrence of diseases that are threat to public health; provides additional requirements for dept. in regulating suppliers of water; redefines term "food service establishment", etc. Amends FS.
