GENERAL BILL by Horne
Public Records/Graduates Program; provides exemption from public records requirements for identity of donors to Florida Endowment Foundation for Florida's Graduates; provides for future review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity; takes effect on same date as SB 1736 or similar legislation creating Jobs for Florida's Graduates Act takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in same legislative session or extension thereof. Amends 446.609.
