Funds Distributed to Local Govts.; amends prerequisites to excluding from computation of district required local effort the assessed value of property that is subject of litigation; provides for special distribution of funds from Local Government Half-cent Sales Tax Clearing Trust Fund to county or municipality under certain conditions; provides appropriation to Columbia County School District; provides contingency. Amends 236.081; creates 218.66. APPROPRIATION: $13,244,151.
