Drug-free Workplace Program; provides for rebutting presumption under certain circumstances; includes alcohol testing within provision establishing presumption; amends definitions; allows employers to conduct onsite initial drug testing of employees; provides requirements & procedures for conducting such tests & for reporting & preserving results. Amends 440.09,.102.
