GENERAL BILL by Bronson
Robbery/Sudden Snatching; redefines offense of robbery to include robbery by sudden snatching; defines "sudden snatching"; provides for reclassification of offense to higher degree under specified circumstances when offender carried firearm or other deadly weapon; provides penalties; reenacts provision re offense severity ranking chart of Criminal Punishment Code to incorporate amendment in references thereto. Amends 812.13; reenacts 921.0022(3)(f)(h)(i).
