Death by Lethal Injection/Records; provides exemptions from public records requirements for information identifying person administering lethal injection during execution of death sentence; provides for future review & repeal & finding of public necessity; takes effect on same date as similar legislation providing for execution of death sentence by lethal injection, etc. Amends 945.10.
