Criminal Conduct/Civil Liability; bars recovery of damages for personal injury or injury to property in cases in which claimant has incurred damages while engaged in certain criminal conduct; provides for court to award attorney's costs & travel expenses to prevailing party in any such case. Amends 776.085.
