GENERAL BILL by Children, Families and Seniors ; Dyer

Child Care Facilities/Transient; excludes operators of transient establishments from definition of "child care facility"; deletes obsolete provisions re licensure of child care facilities; authorizes CFS Dept. to adopt different standards for child care facilities that serve children of different ages; authorizes administration of child care purchasing pool funds by state resource & referral agency, etc. Amends 402.302,.305, 409.178.
