GENERAL BILL by General Government Appropriations ; Pruitt ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

State Moneys; requires Governor's recommended budget & revenues to include estimates of Budget Stabilization Fund; revises funds into which all moneys received by state must be deposited & within which they must be accounted for; specifies manner of dividing such moneys into such funds; repeals provisions re legislative intent on certain moneys available in excess of general revenue needs that accrue to Working Capital Fund, etc. Amends FS.
