GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Dudley
Judiciary/Number of Judges Increased; increases number of judges for specified judicial circuits & specified county courts; provides for filling of vacancies occurring as result creation of judicial offices; provides funds to establish Civil Traffic Infraction Hearing Officer Program; provides for method of payment; provides for funds for judicial branch to contract for development of specified type system to use in determining need for additional judges, etc. Amends Chs. 26, 34, 318.
