Neurodegenerative Disorders; creates Parkinson's Disease Advisory Committee; provides duties & responsibilities; provides for Alzheimer's & Parkinson's diseases memory disorder clinics & day care & respite care programs; provides for annual evaluation of need for additional clinics; authorizes, rather than requires, Elderly Affairs Dept. to contract for model day care programs in conjunction with such clinics, etc. Amends 430.501,.502.
