GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Myers
HIV Testing; requires certain information re HIV testing & counseling to be included in HIV educational courses; requires informed consent before HIV test may be ordered; requires certain information to be provided when informed consent is sought; provides requirements re notification & release of test results; provides for court orders for testing in specified circumstances; provides requirements for model protocols, etc. Amends Chs. 381, 384, 455.
