Indoor Air Quality; defines term "indoor environmental evaluation"; provides duties of environmental health professionals advisory board; amends standards & fees for certification; requires administrators of certain health care & educational institutions, & operators of child fare facilities, annually to complete coursework in identification of indoor-air-quality problems & measures for eliminating or reducing such problems, etc. Amends 381.0101.
