GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Natural Resources

Drycleaning Solvent Cleanup; provides for contaminated site rehabilitation tax credit against intangible personal property tax & corporate income tax; provides for partial tax credit for rehabilitation of drycleaning-solvent-contaminated sites & brownfield sites; requires certain third-party liability insurance coverage for each operating facility; eliminates tax credit for small spills at drycleaning facilities; allows certain group coverage policies, etc. Amends FS.
