Controlled Substances; deletes references to dextropropoxyphene in its nondosage forms from Schedule II; adds references to propoxyphene in its nondosage forms to Schedule II; deletes references to gamma-hydroxy-butyric from Schedule II; adds references to gamma-hydroxy-butyric acid to Schedule II; adds references to ketamine to Schedule III; deletes references to dextropropoxyphene in its dosage forms from Schedule IV, etc. Amends 893.03.
