GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Brown-Waite
Health Care Facilities/Regulation; deletes responsibility of Health Policy & Cost Control Division within AHCA for reviewing hospital budgets; abolishes Health Care Board; updates provisions re duties of agency formerly performed by Health Care Cost Containment Board; adds "physician-hospital organization," "provider-sponsored organization," & "integrated delivery system" to definition of "medical review committee" or "committee", etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,281.
