GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Ostalkiewicz
Taxation; revises certain statutes of limitation; eliminates tolling of statute of limitations for specified causes; prescribes circumstances for tolling of statute of limitations as result of administrative or judicial proceedings; provides for determination of annual rate of interest applicable to certain tax payment deficiencies; prescribes conditions under which DOR may not re-audit taxpayer, etc. Amends FS.
