Bingo; revises definitions; provides requirements re conduct of bingo by members of charitable, nonprofit, or veterans' organizations; revises requirements re prizes, days & times when bingo may be conducted, & players' responsibilities; prohibits video or computerized bingo cards; specifies that counties & municipalities may impose stricter regulations & adopt certain zoning ordinances, etc. Amends 849.0931.
