Juvenile Justice; authorizes release of certain juvenile criminal history records to private entity under contract with Juvenile Justice Dept.; postpones date on which authority of Juvenile Justice Dept. to create or operate juvenile assignment centers is scheduled to expire; requires Juvenile Justice Advisory Board to develop standard methodology for interpreting outcome-evaluation reports; specifies information to be included, etc. Amends Ch. 985, 943.053. APPROPRIATION: $455,128.
