Beach Management Funding; provides legislative declaration that beach restoration & renourishment projects are in public interest & shall be funded in specified manner; provides for funding of state's beach management plan through Ecosystem Management & Restoration TF; provides that designated funds be deposited in fund & that funds in trust fund be used to fully implement beach management plan prior to being used for any other purpose, etc. Amends Ch. 161, 201.15. APPROPRIATION: $449,918.
