CS/HB 3605: Public Hospital Meetings & Records

GENERAL BILL by Governmental Operations ; Fasano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Carlton

Public Hospital Meetings & Records; defines "strategic plan" for purposes of provisions which provide for confidentiality of such plans & of meetings relating thereto: provides exemption from open meetings requirements for meetings at which such plans are modified or approved by hospital's governing board; prohibits hospitals from taking certain specified actions at closed meetings; provides for public meeting & notice re strategic plans, etc. Amends 395.3035.
