GENERAL BILL by Civil Justice & Claims ; Dennis
Florida Evidence Code; provides for court to protect witness under 17 years of age from undue harassment or embarrassment; provides for court to ensure that questions are stated in form appropriate to witness's age & understanding & to forbid certain questions upon objection by party. Amends 90.612.
