GENERAL BILL by Melvin ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Feeney
Premium Finance Agreement Payments; provides that any installment paid to premium finance company under premium finance agreement shall be deemed to be timely payment if it is received with postmark on or before due date; provides applicability. Amends 627.841.
