Property Insurance/Wind Coverage; prohibits further geographical expansion of Fla. Windstorm Underwriting Association eligibility; provides findings re moratorium on hurricane-related cancellations & nonrenewals of personal lines residential policies & condominium association policies, respectively; provides circumstances under which sections are inoperative; requires certain notice on insurance applications & renewal premium notices, etc. Amends Ch. 627.
