Florida Retirement System; increases retiree health insurance subsidy program & contribution rate; changes contribution rates for specified classes & subclasses of Fla. Retirement System & for retiree health insurance subsidy; provides for benefit computation using dual normal retirement ages for service in Senior Management Service Class & Elected State & County Officer's Class, etc. Amends 112.363, Ch. 121.
