HB 3935: Workers' Compensation

GENERAL BILL by Arnall

Workers' Compensation; creates Workers' Compensation Appeals Commission; requires commission to operate clerk's office; authorizes destruction of obsolete records; specifies criteria for coverage of certain mental or nervous injuries; prohibits compensation for psychiatric impairments; provides for alternative medical care & for independent medical examinations; provides for informal & formal grievance procedures, etc. Amends 20.171, Chs. 440, 442, 627.
