HB 4059: Fleeing Law Enforcement Officer
GENERAL BILL by Law Enforcement & Public Safety ; Futch ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Thrasher ; Cosgrove
Fleeing Law Enforcement Officer; provides that it is third-degree felony for person to willfully flee or attempt to elude law enforcement officer in marked patrol vehicle; provides that it is second-degree felony for person to drive at high speed, or in any manner demonstrating wanton disregard for safety of persons or property, during course of willfully fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement officer in marked patrol vehicle, etc. Amends 316.1935, 921.0022.
