Auctioneers; revises provisions re written examination required for licensure as auctioneer; eliminates exemptions from requirement that written agreement be executed prior to conducting auction; revises ground for disciplinary action re failure to account for or to pay certain money, to include reference to property belonging to another; reduces level at which Auctioneer Recovery Fd. must be maintained & for which surcharges are levied, etc. Amends Ch. 468.
