Public Record/Entertainment Industry; provides exemption from public records requirements for information held by Office of Entertainment Industry Commissioner re specified information re business activities of private persons, partnerships, or corporations in entertainment industry, when such confidentiality is requested; takes effect on same date as HB 3687 or similar legislation establishing Office of Entertainment Industry Commissioner, etc. Amends 288.1254.
