GENERAL BILL by Fasano ; Alexander ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Culp ; Putnam

Workers' Compensation; revises provisions re special requirements for compensability under Workers' Compensation Law to provide that certain injuries suffered by law enforcement officers shall be deemed to be injuries arising out of & in course of employment. Amends 440.092.
