Juvenile Justice Programs; requires Juvenile Justice Advisory Board to develop standard methodology for interpreting outcome evaluation reports; specifies information to be included; prescribes duties of board; requires board to consult with Juvenile Justice Dept., Economic & Demographic Research Division of JLMC, or its successor, contract service providers, & other interested parties; requires board & department to report to Legislature, etc. Amends Ch. 985. APPROPRIATION: $455,128.
