GENERAL BILL by Financial Services ; Wiles

Workers' Comp./Leased Workers; authorizes certain lessors to secure workers' compensation insurance coverage on leased employees under certain circumstances; requires such lessors to provide certain information to insurers for certain purposes; provides for cancellation or nonrenewal of such insurance under certain circumstances; requires insurers to conduct audits of employee leasing companies for certain purposes; provides applicability, etc. Creates 627.192.
